DIRECTIONS: Take Greens
Today Powerhouse Formula daily on
an empty stomach before and/or after exercising/training.
Pour 12 -18 oz. of water, juice, soy, rice or almond milk into shaker
container. Add in portion recommended. Cover, shake well, and enjoy!
Adults: 1 Packet Children over 12: 1/2 packet.
We suggest you drink 6-8 glasses of pure water daily.
